<li>Can only receive emails (sending capabilities are disabled)</li>

<li>Are automatically deleted after 14 days</li>
|

<li>Do not require personal information to create</li>
|
|
</ul>

<h2 class="mt-4">3. User Eligibility</h2>
|
|
<p>You must be at least 13 years of age to use this Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirement. If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent's or legal guardian's permission to use the Service.</p>

<h2 class="mt-4">4. User Accounts</h2>
|
|
<p>Our Service does not require registration or account creation. Temporary email addresses are generated on demand and are accessible to anyone with the email address and any applicable access keys or identifiers.</p>

<p>You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any identifiers associated with your temporary email address and for all activities that occur under your temporary email address.</p>
|

<h2 class="mt-4">5. Acceptable Use Policy</h2>

<p>You agree not to use the Service for:</p>

<li>Engaging in any activity that would constitute unsolicited mass emailing (spam)</li>

<li>Attempting to circumvent any filtering, security measures, rate limits, or other features designed to protect the Service</li>

<li>Conducting phishing, fraud, or scam activities</li>
|
|
<li>Distributing malware, viruses, or other malicious code</li>

<p>2weekmail provides email receiving capabilities only. You cannot send emails from our temporary email addresses. Any attempt to configure third-party services to send from these addresses will not function.</p>

<h3 class="mt-3">6.2 14-Day Expiration</h3>
|
|
<p>All temporary email addresses and their contents are automatically deleted after 14 days from creation. We do not provide backup or recovery services for expired email addresses or their contents.</p>
|
|

<h3 class="mt-3">6.3 Service Availability</h3>
|
|
<p>We strive to provide continuous and uninterrupted service, but we do not guarantee that the Service will always be available, uninterrupted, timely, secure, error-free, or free from harmful components.</p>

<h2 class="mt-4">7. Intellectual Property Rights</h2>

<p>The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of 2weekmail and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries.</p>
